These Terms of Service govern your use of PinDork, which is operated by Alexander Online Properties.

Use Of The Service

You may use PinDork to record, review, and manage your bowling information. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account, including a backup email address if required for account recovery and account security features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Paid Access

PinDork offers a one-time yearly Full Access purchase. Full Access unlocks paid features for the purchased term and does not auto-renew.

If Full Access is not renewed when the term ends, your access to paid features may stop, but your previously saved bowling data will remain available for continued viewing and account management unless your account is otherwise removed.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Availability

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Data And Backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. While we take reasonable steps to operate the service responsibly, you should keep your own records of important information.

PinDork is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alexander Online Properties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PinDork.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, address abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
