Who We Are

PinDork is operated by Alexander Online Properties.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to operate the app and support your account, including:

• Account information such as your username, password hash, and backup email address.
• Bowling data you choose to save, including leagues, sets, scores, notes, and related statistics.
• Payment-related reference data needed to confirm Full Access purchases, such as Stripe session identifiers and entitlement dates.
• Support information you send through the contact form.
• Operational and security data such as essential session data, rate-limit records, and failure logs used to keep the service running and investigate issues.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the app, authenticate your account, save your bowling data, process purchases, send account, recovery, and customer-service emails, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Payments And Third Parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. PinDork does not store your full payment card details.

PinDork also uses transactional email infrastructure to send account-related and customer-service messages such as backup-email verification, password reset emails, and important account communications.

We will never sell your email address or give it out for third-party marketing.

PinDork does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Cookies And Sessions

PinDork uses essential session behavior to keep you signed in and protect account flows. These app functions are necessary for the service to work properly.

Data Retention

We keep account and bowling data for as long as your account remains active, unless we need to keep limited records longer for security, support, backup, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Backup copies and operational records may remain for a reasonable period before they age out of rotation.

Your Choices

You can update some account information from within the app. If you want your data exported or your account deleted, log in and use the Contact page so we can handle the request manually.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small web application, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

PinDork is not directed to children and is intended for general users who can create and manage their own accounts responsibly.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
